We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
Ordering Products
Orders are welcomed by telephone to our order hotline 01384 639990 by post, email to orders@ajtupholsterysupplies.co.uk, or via our website shop at www.ajtupholsterysupplies.co.uk, where you can open a professional account. Payment is with order, unless previously arranged. Goods are not supplied on a sale-or-return basis. All prices shown on our website include VAT and are quoted in British Pounds Sterling.
Processing and Delivery
Orders are usually processed and despatched within 24 hours during the working week. However, due to prevailing workloads please ensure that all orders are placed before 12 noon to ensure same day dispatch. Orders are sent to your delivery address and may take as long as 5 working days to reach you; our carriers do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. If you will be out during the day then please inform us of an address of where the parcel may be sent. Carriers will now only try to re-deliver your parcel to you once after a failed attempt before returning it to us.
Please note we only ship within UK Mainland only. It will still allow you to purchase if you are part of the UK but not mainland, however VAT will still be charged and free shipping on items will only be for UK mainland only. You will be contacted for further shipping payment if you haven’t been charged.
Returns
If the item is faulty or you have received the incorrect product, we will organise a return label for you to ship the item back to us.
If the you have chosen you no longer want the item , you must organise your own shipping back to us and we will issue a refund on goods only, not for any shipping costs. We use Royal Mail , DHL and Parcelforce depending on the weight of your order.
Please carefully check your parcel on receipt for damages and contact us within 5 days of receipt. We cannot exchange or replace after this period.
