T-Nuts.
Supplied in packs of 12.
Available in M6, M8, M10 and to varying depths.
T-Nuts with internal thread to fit legs. Steel 4 prong T nuts are great when you need an anchor point in a timber frame to insert you wooden legs/feet. Simply insert the T-Nut into the appropriate size hole and tap in with a hammer and the 4 prongs will stop the T-Nut from turning when tightening the wooden foot/leg.
Size of hole required to fit T-Nut
M6 = 7.5mm
M8 = 9.5mm
M10 = 11.5mm
