Blind Seam Profile Piping Cord 5mm is used on outside backs etc where a staple is not seen.
They key to making life easier when using this product is to use a staple gun with a longer nose than the standard gun. For most upholstery applications, a 71 series staple gun is used, but we also stock a BEA long nose gun. The narrower nose fits easily between the profile sections allowing the staple to be fixed in just the right place to ensure a consistent finish without staples being visible. The longer nose staple gun is also useful for a number of other ‘hard to reach’ parts of the sofa where accurate stapling is required.
